In addition to the main inn building the Asticou Inn provides lodging rooms in several surrounding buildings. This is Cranberry House, but was originally called Harbor Cottage. The house is older than the inn, it was built in 1854. It was the Savage family's home and operated as a guest house prior to construction of the inn.
