Saint James Hotel - Review and Virtual Tour.
Selma. 1837. The Saint James is essentially a new hotel rebuilt into the shell of the original, holding as closely as possible to the original mid-1800's appearance, both inside and out. It is a gorgeous example of an adaptive rebuild, with elevators, fully modern rooms, etc.. The enterior courtyard is beautiful with its gas lamps, and the ornate wrought-iron balconies are original.
